DOH Immunization Requirements

Dear CV families:

The Pennsylvania Department of Health school immunization regulations became effective with the start of the 2017-18 school year.  They continue as before as we move into the 2019-2020 school year. The regulations are intended to ensure that children attending school in the Commonwealth are adequately protected against potential outbreaks of vaccine preventable diseases. Students may risk exclusion from school without proof of immunization or exemption. For some vaccines this could occur as soon as the first day of school.

Please click here to review a flyer from the PA Department of Health for more details*.
