Welcome to the Cumberland Valley School District Transportation Department.  We use this site to provide important information to families/students about transportation policies, updates, changes, and general information used to conduct safe and efficient transportation operations.

IMPORTANT NEWS & UPDATES 

** (8/8/17)  Bus/van routes are now uploaded and available on our Infofinder system (Quick Links) for the 2017-2018 school year.  We will continue to update the routes/times as additional students are enrolled/deleted from our district database.

-  Routes/times are SUBJECT TO CHANGE so please continue to check the Infofinder link weekly as we make changes as necessary. 

-  Please review our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page to understand the district's processes for determining bus stops/locations.

-  The priority of call support at the beginning of the year will be for students that DO NOT have a bus stop identified in our system.  Unless there is an immediate safety concern (danger to student/bus/bus driver), requests for changes to bus stop locations will not be addressed prior to addressing issues with students that do not have a bus stop.  We appreciate your consideration in this matter so we can ensure ALL students have a bus stop, and we minimize disruptions as much as possible.  We will address calls immediately concerning buses not stopping or arriving at identified bus stops.

** Parents of non-public students need to update their student(s) information annually to ensure we have the student identified as a transportation requirement for the upcoming year.  Failure to update the student's information could result in no transportation support at the start of the school year.  The non-public transportation form can be accessed on our website under the Online Forms link.

** If your student is a NEW non-public student, parents will need to fill out the Non-public Transportation Form (Quick Links) to ensure the student has been identified as needing transportation.  If we do not receive this form, we will not have the information to schedule transportation support.  Many schools have sent us lists with their student rosters from the CV School District.  This is NOT a substitute for submitting a non-public transportation request form.

**  Please keep in mind that for the first 1-2 weeks, bus schedules may be running a couple minutes early/late as drivers adjust to new stops, traffic conditions, and other factors.  We recommend that you have your students at their bus stops at least 10 minutes early and remain 10 minutes after the scheduled stop time during these two weeks until routes are matured and all changes have been accounted for.  We appreciate your patience as we start the new year with new drivers, new routes, and new times.
