🏈 GAME ON, CV: What a way to kick off the 2026–27 school year at Convocation yesterday! With a theme centered on teamwork, school spirit, and showing up for one another, our CV family came together to celebrate a new season.

We welcomed our newest Eagles, celebrated The Eagle Foundation, heard inspiring messages from Michelle Nestor and Mario de La Barrera, recognized Michele Sauve and Belinda Page with Portrait of an Eagle Coins for their exceptional impact on our staff, students, families, and CV community, and enjoyed a CV Sports Center–style recap highlighting the incredible work happening across our district. 📣

And then… the Eagle took the field. 🦅

In a surprise reveal, Superintendent Dr. Blanchard emerged as our masked Eagle mascot, energizing us before challenging us to bring our best, embrace the season ahead, and keep inspiring and empowering our students. ❤

Applying geometry and physics concepts, they tested their ideas, refined their designs, and tackled real-world engineering challenges.

Eagle View Middle School student Aubree Kohl turned an extra challenge she found on Schoology into a Top 10 finish in a United States District Court essay contest!

Her essay explored whether the U.S. Constitution addresses the grievances listed in the Declaration of Independence, earning recognition among students from Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
