Congratulations to CVHS Social Studies teacher, Jason Haley, who has been named Pennsylvania’s 2025 James Madison Fellow—an honor recognized as the most prestigious award in constitutional history and government for secondary educators. Selected by the James Madison Foundation, which chooses one teacher per state each year, Mr. Haley was commended for his outstanding academic achievements, strong potential for graduate study, and unwavering dedication to teaching young people.

As a James Madison Fellow, Mr. Haley will receive up to $24,000 toward a master’s degree in American history and government. He will also participate in the 2026 Summer Institute at Georgetown University, The Foundations of American Constitutionalism—a rigorous, four-week program in Washington, D.C. that includes lectures, in-depth discussions on the Constitution, meetings with government officials, and visits to historic sites. We are incredibly #CVProud of Mr. Haley for earning this well-deserved and distinguished recognition!
