CV alumna Poorvi Parikh is making waves at Texas A&M University as a standout aerospace engineering student who recently completed a hands-on internship with the Haas Factory Team (HFT) in NASCAR. During her summer with HFT, Poorvi applied classroom knowledge to real-world engineering challenges, contributed to projects that directly impacted the race team’s operations, and earned high praise from team leaders for her skill and dedication.
At the Haas Factory Team’s race shop, Poorvi gained valuable industry experience while strengthening her technical and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment. Her time on the track highlighted the importance of precision, efficiency, and adaptability, lessons she will carry forward into her engineering career.
