If you would like to request a public record, please do so using the Request for Records form under "Related Files" below; or use the form available on the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records website. The district may choose to deny a request for failure to submit the proper form.

Granted: The district provided the records to the requester.

Denied: The district was unable to provide records due to the nature of the request or no such records exist.

Appeal: The requester filed an appeal with the state to further pursue gathering records. If a RTK is marked "Yes" under appeal, please visit the Office of Open Records to view the additional information.
