If your student will be absent from school for 10 or more consecutive unlawful days due to a trip, the Extended Trip Withdrawal Form must be downloaded and completed before the absence.

Before leaving for the trip, your student must:

• Return their district-issued laptop/device and charger to the building office.

• Return any borrowed books to the Library.

• Leave any required materials with their teachers.

• Take all necessary belongings from their locker.
