Thank you for your dedication and hard work with Cumberland Valley School District as a Substitute! To inform the District of your status during the 2017-2018 school year, please complete and submit the information below. 

Note: If you do not submit this form by August 1, 2017, your substitute status will be made inactive and you will be required to submit new application materials (including new clearances) if you wish to substitute again in the future.
