In these unprecedented times, Cumberland Valley School District’s Board of School Directors must consider alternate ways by which to host public Board meetings. The May 18, 2020, Board meeting will begin at 7 p.m. and will be hosted virtually for the public. Please read below for information on how to view the meeting and on how to submit public comments. Note: There will NOT be a Finance or Facilities Committee meeting prior to the start of the Board meeting.

Viewing the Meeting:

The Board meeting will be live streamed to our website. Please click here to view instructions on how to access the meeting beginning at approximately 6:50 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2020. If the meeting doesn't begin immediately at 6:50 p.m., please wait a few moments and refresh your screen.

Public Comment:

As part of the virtual meeting, public comments must be submitted in writing and in advance by residents of Cumberland Valley School District. Submission deadline is 12:00 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2020.

All public comments must be submitted via electronic form available by clicking here. Any public comments that pertain to Board agenda items or ongoing matters of the Board will be posted for public viewing on the agenda. Public comments that do not pertain to current Board business will be reviewed by the Board and/or appropriate District administrator.

Deadline for public comment submissions: 12:00 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2020.
