In an effort to educate our parents and athletes about athletic scholarships and the college recruiting process, the district athletic department has arranged for Dynamite Sports to conduct an hour long seminar entitled “Guiding the College-Bound Athlete” on

Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 6:00 PM in CV High School Auditorium.

In addition to our families at the high school, this program is also for families of our middle school athletes.  We know that many middle school students play sports, and some have a high level of talent.  It is not too early to prepare for playing college sports. Learning what it takes to be a college athlete mentally, physically, and especially ACADEMICALLY before they get to high school will be a tremendous help!  This seminar will help our parents to be more knowledgeable and REALISTIC about athletic scholarships and the recruiting process.  It will also teach parents and students how to find the right college and where to look for financial aid/scholarships.
