Skyward Sign-Off Form Required

Good morning,

Each year, we need all families to sign-off on acknowledgement of policies, handbook info, directory authorization, etc.  We also need medical and emergency contact information updated annually. These forms are completed electronically in our new Student Information System - SKYWARD.  

There are currently 462 students/families who have not yet completed this process. It only takes a few minutes and is essential for ensuring that we have the most accurate information for your student.  Log into Skyward to complete this today.  CLICK HERE for a sheet that will walk you through the steps.
