Parent Pick Up (Not Permanent)

We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure our students are safely matched with the person who is picking them up. When you are coming in to pick up your student (not permanent parent pick-up), please remember the following

• * Please wait in a line behind the second set of doors closest to the office for a staff member to verify you are an approved pick-up.

* The line may extend outside of the building and along the brick wall. Please wait patiently in that line along the brick outside wall while you wait to be approved.

* At approximately 3:30 a staff member will begin the approval process at the second set of doors and provide you with a code or a device to sign out your student.

* Once you have been approved, filter through the second set of doors and wait for your student. Move as far forward as possible, being courteous of others’ space.

* You must sign your student out by 3:40 at the latest, so we can dismiss buses.

This entire process lasts less than 10 minutes and is necessary for student safety. We appreciate your understanding as we all learn these new procedures. The climate we create at the entrances and exits of the building impacts what we do inside of the building. Thank you for your attention to this!
