PTO Meeting

Please join us for our final PTO Meeting of the school year!  We will be meeting tomorrow evening at 6pm in the LGI.  Cumberland Valley’s new Assistant Superintendent, Mr. Gregory Milbrand, will be joining us, so come out and get to know him.  We’ll also be voting in the members of our Executive Board for the 2019-2020 school year.  All are welcome to attend!

Sporting Hill Yearbooks

Yearbooks were distributed to classroom teachers last week.  Please note:  Some teachers are not sending books home until after they’ve had an opportunity to let students sign each other’s books.  If you have a question about this, please feel free to contact your child’s teacher.

We have a VERY LIMITED number of extra yearbooks for sale in the Sporting Hill Office.  If you missed the ordering deadline or need an extra book for any reason, please stop by and get one ASAP.  They will be sold on a first come, first served basis.  The cost is $10 for a soft cover book or $15 for a hard cover.  We can only accept cash from an adult in the office.  Please do not send money to school with your student, as we do not know when we will sell out of books.  If you have any questions, please email Sarah at [email protected].

CV CHEER CAMP

The Cumberland Valley High School Cheerleaders are excited to offer an introduction to cheerleading for both elementary and middle school students August 7 & 8 from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM at the new Mountain View Middle School on Bali Hai Road.  The purpose of the cheer camp is to provide two full days of instruction on jumps, motions, stunts, chants and dance.  Campers will also have the opportunity to cheer under the lights with the Varsity cheerleaders on Friday, August 30 in Chapman Stadium.  For more information about the camp and for the registration form, please click here.

May 30 - PTO Meeting; 6 pm; LGI (upstairs); Mr. Milbrand, CVSD Assistant Superintendent, will be in attendance
June 3 - Moving Up Day - students will spend some time with teachers from the grade level they will be in next year
June 4 - Talent Show; 1:45 - 3:15
June 4 - SpH will celebrate CV Seniors when Sporting Hill alumni's walk around the gym, getting cheers from fellow Bulldogs.
June 4 - 5th Grade Band and Orchestra Night; 7 pm; CVHS
June 5 - 5th Grade Parent Night at Good Hope; 7 pm
June 5 - 5th Grade Graduation; 1:30 pm
June 5 - Last day of school for SpH students (full day)
