Spirit Week - Kicks off Tomorrow!

Friday, December 14: Rudolph Day - Let your spirit shine! Wear your ugly or festive holiday attire to help all of us learn more about the wonderful holidays celebrated throughout the year by all of our students.

Monday, December 17: Grinch Day – Dress the like the Grinch today – not mean, but green! Wear green or any Green Ridge gear to get in the spirit.

Tuesday, December 18: Frozen Day – We know that Elsa loves the cold and all things wintry. Embrace your Frozen spirit and wear white or something sparkly to kick off the winter break.

Wednesday, December 19: Frosty the Snowman Day – The magic was in Frosty’s hat, so it was about the hat. Wear a fun hat today to pass along some magic at this time of year.

Thursday, December 20: Polar Express Day – All aboard for some magic and fun…and we all know how fun it is to wear PJs to school! Come to school in your favorite (school appropriate) pajamas today.

Friday, December 21: Happy Feet Day – The penguins sure know how to move in this movie with their happy feet. Show off your happy feet today in style with some crazy socks and bring some happy to the hallways at Green Ridge!

• December 21 - Grades 1-5 Holiday Parties: 10:15
• December 21 - Early Dismissal at 12:00; PM K only
• December 21 - Box Tops Collection Ends
• December 24 - January 1 - No School
• January 4 - One District One Book Kickoff
• January 8 - PTO Meeting at 6:30 in IMC

Winter Break
Green Ridge Elementary wishes its students, families and staff a very safe and happy holiday. In observance of the winter holiday, please note:
* There will be no school Monday, December 24th through Tuesday, January 1st
* On Friday, December 21st, we will have 1/2 day of school with a noon dismissal and no lunch
* There will be no AM kindergarten or Extended Day Kindergarten on Friday, December 21st and PM Kindergarten will report in the AM
* School will be back in session on Wednesday, January 2nd
