Veteran's Day Assembly- Sign Up Form

Middlesex Elementary School will be having a Veteran's Day Assembly tomorrow, Friday, November 9th, at 1:15pm. If you are planning on attending the assembly, please take a minute to complete the Google form located here. Those individuals who have received a badge previously at Middlesex, or any other Cumberland Valley School, will have a pre-printed badge available on the day of the assembly. If you have not been provided a badge prior to the event on the 9th, you will need to visit the office with a valid driver's license to be scanned into our system. We hope you can join us!
