American Education Week

Shaull Elementary School is excited to invite you to our school during American Education Week 2018.  

Tuesday and Wednesday, November 6th and 7th, have been designated as classroom visitation days.  Suggested visitation times are 9:15am to 3:15pm.  Due to the number of expected visitors, we would appreciate if you limit your visits to a 30 minute time frame.

Visitation Suggestions & Procedures
- Upon arrival at Shaull, please be sure to stop in the office to have an identification badge printed for you.
- Please refrain from bringing children to school during classroom visits.
- Upon arrival at your child's room, please go in and have a seat.
- Teachers will follow their normal teaching schedule.  During your visit, please remain quiet and silence your cell  phone so as not to disrupt classroom instruction.
- We welcome you to stay for your child's special class, if they transition to Art, Explorations, Library, Music or PE during your visit.
- If you choose to stay and have lunch with your child, please send a note to the teacher that morning with your lunch choice if you are buying.

Nurse Reminders

*Health Screenings are from 10/30/2018 through 11/07/2018, this includes Vision and Hearing Screenings.  If your child wears glasses please make sure they wear them to school next week.

*Your child should remain home with a fever greater than 100 degrees.  The child can return to school after he/she has been fever free for 24 hours (without fever-reducing medicine such as Tylenol or Motrin.
