Green Ridge families,
Due to the rainy weather, the fields being saturated with water, and the potential for the rain to continue the rest of this week we have decided to postpone the Fun Run until Friday, September 28th. If on this rain date we experience difficulty with the weather, we will have no other choice but to cancel the Fun Run this year. Regardless of the weather that day, all children will still receive a prize for participation and a special snack. Additionally, with the change of the Fun Run date we have decided to extend the deadline for donations until next Wednesday, September 19th. Word around the school is an incentive has been offered to help us reach our goal of $10,000. When our goal is reached, the children will receive a special assembly where several of our AMAZING Green Ridge teachers (to name a few…Mrs.Shield, Mrs. Casale, Mrs. Weaver, Mr. Piazza, Miss Fair, Miss. Stroh, Mrs. Witte and Mrs. Clay) have volunteered to receive a “pie in the face”. So, please place your family's donation in the green envelope marked “Green Ridge PTO” and return it to school by Wednesday, September 19th. Your donations will help us provide many opportunities for each child at Green Ridge, making this year a huge success!!
We need volunteers to help make the Fun Run a success, please sign up below to volunteer if you are available. If you have already signed up for original date your volunteer time slot will not change. If you need to make adjustments for a time you volunteered please contact the PTO at [email protected] for assistance.

If you are planning to come to cheer for your child/children and their classmates but are unable to volunteer on Friday, September 28th at the Fun Run please sign up below to pre-register for a badge by Thursday, September 27th at 10 am.

You will pick your badge up at the pre-registration table on the left side of the building near the 2nd Grade wing at the rear of the parking lot.
