SPH May 16th Field Day Information, Visitor Information and Request for Volunteers

Good Afternoon,

Field Day is just around the corner and the excitement here at Sporting Hill is building.  This year Field Day will take place on Wednesday, May 16th.  This is a change from what was originally printed on the district calendar.  All grades will have their field day on the same day.  If it rains on May 16th and we have to cancel, the rain date is scheduled for May 17th.  

Students in AM Kindergarten and Grades 3-5 Field Day is in the morning.  9:15AM - 12:00PM
 
Students in PM Kindergarten and Grades 1-2 Field Day is in the afternoon 12:30PM - 3:15PM

Would you like to Volunteer to help with Field Day?

If you would like to volunteer to help with Field Day please follow the link below to sign-up.  I am currently seeking volunteers to: help set up, run stations in the morning and afternoon, and to help tear down.   If you think you would like to volunteer I could definitely use the help!  Please follow the link below to sign up!

Do you plan on attending field day as a spectator?  

Save time by pre-registering to have a visitor badge pre-printed.  When you arrive at Sporting Hill all visitors must stop in the office to obtain a visitor badge.  To have a badge pre-printed please follow the link below.  All submissions must be completed by May 14th at 8AM.  Any submissions after 8AM will not guarantee a pre-printed visitor badge.  Please do not go to the fields without having a visitor badge.

To ensure the safety of our students all visitors to the grounds of Sporting Hill must first check in at the main office to receive a visitor badge.  Please do not go to the fields without first checking in at the main office.
