It's a Busy Week at Hampden!

DEADLINE TO ORDER AUTOGRAPHED BOOK IS APRIL 20
On May 11, 2018, Lee Harper, children’s book author and illustrator will be visiting Hampden.  If you would like to order an autographed book, please be sure to return the blue book order paper that was sent home with students with a check by April 20th.  For a copy of the order form, click here.

REMINDER FROM OUR FOOD SERVICES DEPARTMENT
The Cumberland Valley School District Food Service Department is no longer using My School Bucks as our point-of-sale system.  Parents/guardians can access your student’s food service account information by visiting: http://www.schoolcafe.com/. You will need to create an account during your first visit to this new site.  For instructions on creating a new account, click here.

TAKE YOUR CHILD TO WORK DAY
Take Your Child to Work Day is Thursday, April 26, 2018. Families must complete an Educational Trip Form to excuse the day -- this assumes the student has the educational trip days available. Students in 4th grade must also complete their Science PSSA testing prior to this day. 

MOTHER/SON GAMES AT HAMPDEN
The Hampden PTO will be hosting the Mother/Son Games April 27, 6:30-8:00 PM for male students and one female guest over the age of 18. There will be kickball, 2 Capture the Flags, relay races, Four-Square, board games, and a photo station. Please bring a camera or a smart phone for photo opportunities. There is no need to RSVP.  In addition, the PTO is looking for a few Dads or adult male volunteers to help run the stations. If interested, please email Jenn O'Brien at: [email protected].
