Welcome back to another SUPER week at Hampden!

ICE CREAM SOCIAL
The Ice Cream Social was a success!! It was great to see so many families come out last Friday! Thank you to the PTO for providing all of the sweet treats and especially to Roopadarshini Kiran, Priyanka Saran, Hagir Elesheikh, Samantha Dreihaup, Mr. Leblanc, Jorge Diduszyn, and Eric Blocher for helping make the event a huge hit!!

KIDSTUFF COUPON BOOKS
Kidstuff coupon books are coming home with students today!  This is one of our big PTO fundraisers and allows us to provide events like the Ice Cream Social and the TEAM t-shirts for all of our students.  Books are $25 and we earn 50% profit.  Save lots of $$$ with hundreds of coupons for shopping, activities, and food.  If you do not want to buy the book be sure to send it back to school as soon as possible.

MASTERY CONNECT NIGHT
Join Mr. Leidigh and Mrs. Henry at our Mastery Connect Parent Night this Wednesday, September 27 at 6:30 pm.  Come out and get an introduction to your child’s online report card and how to understand the information on Mastery Connect.  Please be sure that you can log in to your child’s account prior to attending at www.masteryconnect.com.   If you forgot your password you should try following the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.  If you are unable to login, please send an email to Mrs. Slevin at [email protected] with your child’s name and the issue you are having.

VISION AND HEARING SCREENING
Today begins two weeks of vision and hearing screening. Please remind your child to bring his/her glasses to school and down to Mrs. Coburn's office for the screening.

PTO MEETING
All are welcome at the next PTO meeting on Thursday, September 28 at 6:00 pm in the IMC.

STUDENT PICTURES
Was your student absent for pictures last week?  Our retake day is scheduled for Wednesday, October 25.  Forgot to send in your order form?  All students will receive a "proof" of the picture when they are sent home.  If you'd like to order the pictures after seeing the proof you may order online.
