Upcoming Events at Monroe:
September 26- Mother-Son Games 6-7:30 PM
September 29- Monroe’s first VIP table of the year- 50s day at Monroe! All students are welcome to participate by wearing their favorite gear from the 1950s- poodle skirts, capris, leather jackets, etc.
October 6- No School, Teacher In-service day
October 9- No School- Columbus Day
October 9-13- Fire Prevention Week
PTO News:
Walk Fliers: Due Monday, Sept 18th. Please make sure to include child’s full name, teacher/grade. If fliers are addressed to Nana, Aunt Kim, etc, please make sure to write their full name somewhere on the flier so we can match it to the name on the address label.
Volunteers for Walk Fliers: We will meet Monday, Sept 18th at 9:45 am in the gym. We will meet Tuesday, Sept 19th at 9:45 in the township building.
Stamp/Envelope Donations: Need to be turned in by Monday, Sept 18th. Thank you for donating!
60th Anniversary Shirt: Order your shirt online by Wed, Sept 20th, at artisticimprints.3dcartstores.com/monroe-elementary_c_513.html. They will arrive in time for the children to wear to the walk. If you do not have internet access, you may send in order form/check to the school (payable to Artistic Imprints). Questions? [email protected]
