Congratulations to Cumberland Valley High School's Josh Young, 12th grade, who scored first in the recent regional Chemistry Olympiad, south-eastern PA. His first place finish landed him a spot in the national chemistry olympiad.
Ninety-seven students took the 60 multiple-choice question test as part of the regional olympiad and approximately 1,000 students from across the country participated in the national olympiad that includes three sections - multiple choice, problem solving, and lab.
Results from the national exam will not be available until summer.
