Weekly Assignments:

  • Your classroom teacher will send you a link to one single document containing all the grade level weekly activities. This link will be sent to you on the last day of the work-week, by 2:00 PM. The link will also be available on the district website. Your individual classroom teacher will communicate the location to find remote learning assignments. They will also provide you instructions to submit work back to the school.
  • The weekly work is due by the following Friday at 4:00 PM.
  • Attendance will be counted based upon work completion and regular engagement with the teacher.
  • While each student is unique, we have planned each activity to take approximately thirty (30) minutes. Please communicate with your teacher if you are having difficulty completing the tasks.

Zoom Meetings:

  • Your teacher will send you a zoom link for the following meetings.
  • Your teacher will hold two (2) virtual "Class Check-in" meetings per week. Students should try their best to attend both of these sessions.
  • Your teacher will also hold three (3) optional virtual "office hours" for the purpose of checking in, answering questions, and providing support and encouragement.
  • Our instructional specialists and reading specialists will also hold optional virtual "office hours" for the purpose of explicit tutoring and support. Although the specialists may not be housed in your building, or work directly with your student, they are available to help all Cumberland Valley elementary students. Their schedule can be found here:
