Online Form - HACC Certification of Residency

Please complete the following information to process your HACC Certificate of Residency. All information must be completed thoroughly and accurately.

You must have been a resident of Cumberland Valley School District on or before July 1, 2019, in order to qualify for your Certificate of Residency.

Please be advised that Certificate of Residency information will be submitted directly to HACC within 7-10 business days. You will not receive a paper copy of your Certificate.

Please note, students need not re-apply every semester for a new certificate. The certificates are valid for the entire school year, from July 1 through June 30 (summer).
