Monday: 6-8 PM at Eagle View Auxiliary Gym
Tuesday: 730-9 AM at HS Fitness Center (Weight Training)
Wednesday: 6-8 PM at Eagle View Auxiliary Gym
Thursday: 730-9 AM at HS Fitness Center (Weight Training)
We will transition back to ALL FOLKSTYLE ON MONDAY JULY 10TH.
These sessions are all voluntary for girls in 6th thru 12th grade during the 22-23 School Year. Girls who have not wrestled before and want to try wrestling are always encouraged to join the workouts. Bring a water bottle. Appropriate attire includes a sports bra and t-shirt, and shorts, tights or sweatpants. Nothing with zippers or buttons or hoods.
