Preseason Training

Preseason Training started Monday, September 12th. Preseason training is for all wrestlers who are not participating in a Fall Sport. Fall Sport athletes are excused.

We train 3 days per week after school, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, from 3:20 to 5:30 PM at the High School. We always start in the High School Wrestling Room.

Bring wrestling shoes, running shoes, headgear, water bottle. No jewelry.

Schedule:

Monday: 
3:20-4:30: Strength & Conditioning (Wrestling Room)
4:30-5:30: Wrestling Technique

Tuesday:
3:20-4:30: Strength & Conditioning (Wrestling Room)
4:30-5:30: Wrestling Technique

Wednesday:
3:20-4:30: Wrestling Technique
4:30-5:30: Strength Training (Weight Room)

Our schedule will alternate with the boys wrestling team preseason schedule. When they are in the weight room, we will be in the wrestling room. We will be in the weight room while they are in the wrestling room.
