Summer Conditioning

Throughout the summer we will have optional runs starting July 12th, 2022. Come prepared to run and ready to do strength.

Run Schedule - times include warm-up, workout, cool-down, stretching, and strength.
Tuesdays 5:00pm - 6:30pm
Thursdays 5:00pm - 6:30pm
