When do I go to summer running with my teammates?
Summer runs are open to all athletes entering 7th and 8th grade and interested in cross country this fall. Runners may attend any sessions that they are available. Please wear running clothes/sneakers and bring a water bottle.
Tuesday evening, August 6 - 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM - Boiling Springs, Appalachian Trail - To get directions to parking, Google Boiling Springs Iron Furnace on Bucher Hill Road in Boiling Springs. (note change from original posting)
Thursday morning, August 8 - 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM - Front of Eagle View
Tuesday evening, August 13 - 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM - Stony Ridge Park - 50 Bernheisel Bridge Road, Carlisle. We will meet at the lower parking lot (coming from the Carlisle Pike, pass the main entrance, then park at the lower gravel lot on the right.) We will access the Appalachian Trail from here.
