Hello Parents, Guardians and Students!

My name is Renee Abelson and I returned to the Health Services team at Cumberland Valley School District in 2008. I have been a school nurse for over 20 years.  I am also a Board Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with a Masters degree in Nursing. My experience includes emergency room/urgent care, family practice and educational administration. I am a speaker for the National Association of School Nurses in web design and disaster nursing. As a Red Cross instructor, I teach CPR and First Aid to staff, students and the community.  

I am thrilled to be back at Cumberland Valley School District. I love being your school nurse!
