All About Me!
     I would like to take the time to introduce myself.  My degree in Elementary Education is from the Pennsylvania State University.  I attended Shippensburg University and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Education and a Reading Specialist certificate. The 2010-2011 school year marks my twenty-second year teaching in the Cumberland Valley School District.  Beginning in 1998, I started looping between first and second grades.  During my teaching career, I have served on several committees in the CV school district.  Outside the classroom, you will find me doing volunteer work. I am an exerciser, walking outside and classes at the Carlisle YMCA.  Hobbies include outdoor activities such as biking, kayaking, and walking my dog, Spencer.  Once winter arrives my favorite place to be is in a comfortable chair reading!  My husband and I currently live in the Carlisle area.
