We are a looping classroom.  Looping is the practice that allows a teacher to be with the same students over a two-year period of time.  Our classroom loops during the first and second grade school years.

When entering our self-contained classroom you will come to experience a community of learners, involved in every phase of the CV curriculum.  Our day begins with WIN time for thirty minutes. This time is specifically embedded in the daily schedule to include "What Individuals Need". The curriculum meets expectations in Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, and Science. Also, included in the day are recesses and lunch. Students’ meet with specialist teachers for Art, Music, IMC, Computer, and Physical Education.
