I have been teaching at Cumberland Valley as the Elementary Band Director for 13 years. I received my music degree from Messiah College.

I am married to Joan Ostrander who is the music teacher at Hampden Elementary.  I have two children, Caleb and Olivia.  Both of them attend Cumberland Valley.  Go CV!

I am very active at church playing the trumpet, singing, and playing for one of our church softball teams.  I also have a second job - I tune and repair pianos.

I am very passionate about music but have many other interests as well.  I love sports, especially baseball and football.  I also really enjoy reading, going to nice restaurants with friends, Starbucks coffee, Android cellphones, computers, gadgets, and many other social activities.
