Mrs. DeLuca has taught at Cumberland Valley for 15 years. She has been teaching for 31 years.  She received her Bachelor's  Degree from Penn State University and graduate credits from Shippensburg University.

Mrs. DeLuca lives in Hampden township with her husband.  Her son, Matthew attends Pratt University of Design where he will be studying to obtain a masters of architecture degree .  She enjoys reading, cooking and exercising.  Watching Penn State football is also a favorite fall activity.  She also enjoys playing with her thirteen year old cat,Tiger.

In Mrs. DeLuca's classroom you will find children actively involved in problem solving activities.  Literature centers and guided reading are a part of the curriculum for this year.  She really enjoys teaching fourth graders about the state of Pennsylvania, which is our social studies curriculum. Mrs. DeLuca welcomes parent involvement, questions, and concerns at any time.
