About Miss Ropars 

Hello Everyone! I am very excited and happy to be here at Sporting Hill in Cumberland Valley. This will be my first year here. I am from New Jersey originally, but came out to Central Pennsylvania for college. I attended Bloomsburg University for both my undergraduate and graduate work. I have my BA in Special and Elementary Education and my Masters in Education, as well as a certification in English as a Second Language. I have done a lot of research throughout my college work on using animals in the classroom and hope to eventually implement some of those strategies in my classroom.

 As you will come to know I have a great love for animals and have a number of my own pets at home. In my free time I love playing with them and watching them interact with each other. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love being outdoors and going to the beach. I hope to bring a lot of my experiences into the classroom to make for a unique and educational school year!
