Good Hope Middle School

5th grade students are thinking about middle school.  This section will provide some tips to help students and parents ease the transition to middle school. Check back often for new tips!

• Purchase a combination lock.  Practice using it.
• Talk with middle schoolers that have been there and can provide advice.
• Take a tour of the middle school during the summer. Always call the office first to see when it will be open. They will be open August 2 and 9, 2011 during the day.
• Read through the "Good Hope Smarts" at the bottom of this page with your child several times during the summer so they know what to expect.
• Also read through the 20 tips from Good Hope students for additional information.
