Hello!  My name is Dustin LeBlanc and I can be found teaching fifth grade at Sporting Hill Elementary.  I am native to this area, having lived in Boiling Springs and Carlisle all my life.

In 2002, I graduated from Boiling Springs High School.  Upon graduation, I attended Shippensburg University where I graduated Summa Cum Laude and attained an Elementary Education Degree with a focus in Reading.  This past May, I attained my Master's in School Administration: Principal K-12, also from Shippensburg.

In 2006, I was thrilled to have completed my student teaching at Sporting Hill in Kindergarten with the now retired Mrs. Ginter, and even more thrilled to be hired as a new first grade teacher that summer.  The year after that, I taught second grade.  For the past three years, I have taught fifth grade, and I am very excited to be back in fifth grade again!

In my "spare time", I serve as Artistic Director of the Carlisle Theatre Company, an all age community theater group based out of the historic Carlisle Theatre in downtown Carlisle (for more information visit our website www.carlisletheatre.org).  I enjoy theatre, music, and the arts, and am also an avid sports fan (go Eagles and Phillies!)
