I am an Instructional Specialist at Green Ridge Elementary School.  Six years ago I began teaching gifted students.  Last year my role will was expanded to include working with all students, including gifted students, during our WIN (What I Need) times for half an hour in every classroom every day. 

Outside of school, I have many interests. I love to read, do Yoga, walk, garden, and cook.  I sing in my church choir and volunteer for many other activities at my church. I play the violin in a string quartet.  We play for weddings, receptions, parties, and other special events.  

I am the proud mama of three kitties - Emmy Rose, who flirts with everyone, Jackson, who is the smartest (and "fraidiest" of the bunch), and Murphy, my bad (but lovable) boy.  I also have many nieces and nephews who keep me busy attending concerts and sporting events.  Ask me about them, and I will tell you stories that will make you laugh!

I am excited to be working at Green Ridge again! I love teaching boys and girls, no matter what their abilities and interests are.  I have many new friends at Green Ridge and look forward to being with my old friends from many schools in the Cumberland Valley School district.
