In these unprecedented times, Cumberland Valley School District’s Board of School Directors must consider alternate ways by which to host public Board meetings. The August 10, 2020, Board meeting will begin at 7 p.m. and will be hosted virtually. Please read below for information on how to view the meeting and on how to submit public comments. Please note: The Facilities Committee will meet beginning at 5 p.m.

Viewing the Meeting:

Both the Committee and Board meeting will be live streamed through YouTube to our website, each beginning approximately five minutes prior to the start of the meeting. Please click here to view instructions on how to access the meetings.

Public Comment:

As part of the virtual meeting, public comments must be submitted in writing and in advance by residents of Cumberland Valley School District. Submission deadline is 12:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2020.

All public comments must be submitted via electronic form available by clicking here. Any public comments that pertain to Board agenda items or ongoing matters of the Board will be posted for public viewing on the agenda. Public comments that do not pertain to current Board business will be reviewed by the Board and/or appropriate District administrator.

Deadline for public comment submissions: 12:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2020.
