Grades & Sign Offs

Dear parents/guardians of a CVHS student,
As you may know, today is the 1st Marking Period Interim day. What this means essentially is that we are at the mid-point of the 1st Marking Period. Teachers will be in touch if your student is struggling in their course, but we ask that you also check in on your student’s progress using Schoology only. While Skyward is reflecting some grades, during this transition from CVSIS to Skyward there are enough grade-related issues that we have directed staff to focus on ensuring Schoology is accurate.
An additional related reminder is that the deadline for parent/guardians to complete the 2019-2020 Parent Sign Off and 2019-2020 Random Drug forms on Skyward is tomorrow, September 20th. Starting on Monday, students who do not have those two forms completed will not be allowed to participate in sports, activities, attend the Homecoming Dance or park on campus. Please help us by completing those two forms using the Family Access feature of Skyward. Directions were sent via Schoology and are attached as well.
