Request for Alternate Bus Assignment - 2019-20 school year

REMINDER: Below is the text of an enews that was originally published on May 30, 2019, regarding the deadline to complete a request for alternate bus assignment/child care notification form.

Dear parents/guardians:

 
As is required each school year, if your child’s pick-up/drop-off locations are other than your home, you must complete the Request for Alternate Bus Assignment / Child Care Notification form. All requests for the 2019-20 school year must be received no later than July 15, 2019. There is no need to resubmit if you have already completed the online form for the 2019-20 school year. Please note: Requests received after this date may not be honored until after the first two weeks of school.

You must make the transportation department aware of this information on annual basis. All elementary grade-level students will be given one AM and one PM stop. The AM stop can differ from the PM stop, however it must be consistent five days per week.


Daycare providers are not responsible for providing roster information to the school district. Parents must provide this information to the district through the Request for Alternate Bus Assignment form.
