Field Day – Wednesday, May 23
The weather looks like it is going to be cooperative for our field day events
this Wednesday. Just a reminder to parents that all events held at the school
on a school day do require that volunteers and spectators alike should be
signed into the event and checked in through our School Gate Guardian
system. For all volunteers working the
Field Day, your badges will be ready for you at the stadium concession stand as
has already been communicated to you by Mrs. Burns.
If
you are planning to be a spectator, you will need to stop at the Silver Spring
office to pick up a badge to wear at the event. Badges can be printed in
advance for you if you complete this simple form indicating that you
will be attending. A badge can only be
pre-printed if you are already on record in our Guardian system. If you are not in the system, please plan to
stop by the school early to have your license scanned and preferably a day in
advance. You can click HERE to complete the pre-registration form for spectators. Please
NOTE: Badges for spectators may be picked up at the Silver Spring office
after 9:30 AM on the day of the event.
Operation Summer
CV, you are amazing!!! Our previous fundraisers have been a huge success with
each one bringing more support from our community. Hampden's 5th grade can't
thank you enough. This is it though, let's do something truly amazing and set a
record for the last one. This Monday, May 21st, Chipotle will
host Operation Summer from 5-9 pm and will donate 50% of the sales to our
cause. Please remember to tell them at the register or show them the flyer for
participation. Thank you so much and we can't wait to see how big of an impact
