Good Afternoon Middlesex Families,

Wow, what a FUN week we have had at Middlesex! Thank you to all of our families that made it out to support our events! Your support is valued and appreciated. Hope everyone has a nice Memorial Day Weekend!

 5th GRADE TRAVELED TO BIZTOWN:
Thank you to Junior Achievement, BizTown for another wonderful experience for our students. There was lots of fun and learning to be had as students ran their own businesses. It was exciting to see students working together to get the job done. Thank you to our 5th grade team for preparing our students and organizing the event!! FAMILY FUN NIGHT:
Thank you to the PTO for organizing our family fun night! There were lots of fun games, yummy treats, raffles, and prizes for everyone. Thank you to our family volunteers and community volunteers from the Middlesex United Methodist Church and New Kingston Firefighters for helping us with this fun evening! ART SHOW and CHORUS CONCERT: 
Our Spring Art Show and Chorus Concert were amazing! Thank you to all families that joined us for this exciting evening. Our 4th and 5th grade chorus was directed by Ms. Smith as they sang beautifully through the Everyday Heroes Program. We are hopeful that everyone got to check out the creative artwork that lined our hallways during the Art Show. Thank you to Ms. Lake for organizing and displaying so many art projects. We are so lucky to have Ms. Smith and Ms. Lake on our Middlesex Specialist Team. They are such wonderful musical and artistic role models for our students! FIELD DAY:
Students and staff enjoyed a fun day getting physically fit! A huge thank you goes out to Mr. Bigelow for organizing such an amazing day! Thank you to all of our high school volunteers that helped out at stations. Congratulations to all of our Elite Mile Participants for your determination and perseverance during the race.
