Bulldog Ball
Please join us as we Light Up The Night at Bulldog Ball on Friday night! The doors will open at 5:30pm and the event officially begins at 6pm. We will be serving up light refreshments and lots of family fun. We would like to remind everyone that there is no official dress code for this event. If you'd like to dress up in formal wear, please do! If you're feeling totally radical, dress in your favoirite 80's inspired attire! If you don't have the energy for any of that but still want to come socialize, dress however YOU are comfortable. Ultimately, we care about YOU, not your clothes!
While this event is free, we would love to collect some more donations for the Sporting Hill Backpack Program. If you are willing and able to donate, the most needed items are crunchy granola bars and easy boxed/canned meals (ie. Macaroni and Cheese or Chef Boyardee products). We will have collection boxes near the entrance where you can place your donations.
This is an event for the whole family, so siblings of all ages are welcome to attend, even if they are not Sporting Hill students. We hope to see you there!
Hershey Park Tickets
The deadline to order discounted Hershey Park Tickets is Friday. If you have not yet ordered, please send your order forms and payments to the office ASAP. If you have misplaced your orderform or need additional copies, please feel free to email Sarah at [email protected].
Yearbooks
Last Call! If you haven't already ordered a yearbook for your child, the time to do it is NOW! All orders are due on Friday. If you haven't ordered, you should have received an order form in your child's folder last week. And as a reminder, yearbooks for 5th Graders are free of charge, compliments of the Sporting Hill PTO!
Gertrude Hawk
The long awaited Gertrude Hawk delivery date had finally been announced...and then they changed it! We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused you. The CORRECT delivery date will be Thursday 3/22. Our shipment is coming early Thursday morning and items will be ready for pickup starting around 9am. Small orders that fit inside one box will be sent home with students on Thursday. Larger orders will need to be picked up at school on Thursday prior to 7:30pm.
PTO Meeting
Our next PTO Meeting will be on Tuesday 3/20 at 7pm in the Sporting Hill library. All are welcome to attend. We have a number of things to discuss this month, including Sporting Hill PTO Board Positions for the 2018/19 school year. We hope to see you there!
