Welcome Back to Another Terrific Week at Hampden!

2018-19 HAMPDEN ELEMENTARY KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION 
Online registration for 2018-19 Kindergarten will begin on February 7, 2018.  On this date, the registration forms will be available on the CV Central Registration page -- Click here for Central Registration.  To be eligible for Kindergarten, students need to turn 5 years old on or before September 1, 2018. Hampden Elementary Kindergarten Registration will be March 20th and 21st. JUMP ROPE FOR HEART
Fun Fact: Jump rope activity can be traced back to 1600 A.D. when the Egyptians used vines for jumping.  Many people associate jump roping with girls' play, but history indicates that jump roping was originally a man's game.  Through February 15, register your student for our Jump Rope for Heart campaign and he/she will receive a free wristband. To register, click here.  Donations can be made online or can be sent into school in an envelope marked with your student's name and "Jump Rope For Heart."

PRESIDENT'S DAY HOLIDAY
There will be no school on Friday, February 16 and Monday, February 19 in observance of President's Day.

REMINDER: MAKE-UP DAY ON FEBRUARY 20
School will now be in session on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, as this is the first make-up day designated in the school calendar.  Please note that this is a make-up day for our school closure on January 17.
