Recess Reminder
Remember we are now in the cold weather season. Please remember to send your children to school with coats, hats and gloves as we will continue to go outside for recess as long as the Wind Chill (Feels Like) temperature is above 17 degrees and the weather is permitting.
Reminders for Friday, December 22, 2017
Half day for Students – Parent Pickups begin @ 11:45 & Bus Dismissal begins at 12:00
Only PM Kindergarten Attend (No AM Kindergarten or Extended Day Kindergarten)
PM Kindergarten students will be picked up in the morning at the same location as their existing afternoon drop off or the daycare PM pickup location currently in place. Please visit www.cvschools.org/transportation and click on the "2017-18 school bus schedules" link to locate your child's AM pickup time on this day. You may also call our school office or the transportation department at 506-3310.
Kindergarten parents must be at the stop to get their students off the bus. Drop off times will be approximately three hours and 40 minutes earlier than usual drop off times and should be home shortly after 12:00 PM.
No lunches will be served.
PTO NEWS:
December 13 – PTO Meeting in IMC 6:30 – 7:30 PM
Spirit Wear orders are here early! Orders will be sent home with students today. If you requested for Parent/guardian pick-up, you may pick-up in the school lobby Monday, December 11th from 3:30-5:00PM. After Monday, orders will be available for pick-up in the office during school hours.

It’s Cookie Tray time!!! Making holiday cookie trays is a way for us to say THANK YOU to everyone who makes the school run smoothly: bus drivers, staff, teachers, custodians, etc. But we need your help to make this gift possible!
If you are able to contribute dessert items or volunteer your time, please sign up at: https://ttsu.me/gAQB.
Donations need to be sent in or dropped off on Tuesday morning, December 12th. The types and amounts are just guidelines: please feel free to send in more (or substitute if you need to at the last minute). If your child carries the cookies into school on the 12th, there will be volunteers waiting to take them.
