Silver Spring School Food Drive November 6-10, 2017

Kindergarten – peanut butter or canned tuna

1^st Grade – boxed cereal or stuffing mix

2^nd Grade – canned fruit

3^rd Grade – canned veggies

4^th Grade – boxed dessert mixes

5^th Grade – canned potatoes or instant mashed potato mix

Next week is American Education week and we look forward to your visits! To help us in the office we would like to share these quick suggestions and procedures:

1. Visitation dates are November 7, 8, and 9 from 9:15 am to 3:15 pm; Kindergarten visits are from 9:15 am to 11:15 am and 1:15 pm to 3:15 pm.
2. All visitors to the school need to have a visitor badge printed in the office, if we have not scanned your license please bring it on the day of your visit.
3. Please limit your visit to 30 minutes to accommodate other visitors.
4. Please refrain from bringing siblings to the school during visit.
5. Please remain quiet and silence your cell phone during your visit so as to not disrupt classroom instruction.
6. If you plan to stay for lunch please send a note to the teacher in the morning that you are visiting with your lunch choice if you are buying (click here for the lunch menu).
7. Upon your exit, please leave your visitor badge in the lobby on the sign out sheet.

November 8^th – PTO Meeting @ 4PM-5PM in the IMC

November 9^th – Spirit Wear Order Forms Due

November 15^th – End of Trimester #1

November 22 – 12:00PM Dismissal (NO PM Kindergarten)

November 23-27 – NO SCHOOL
