Welcome back to another wonderful week at Silver Spring!

REMINDER – There is no school next Monday, September 4

BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT - We were so happy to see so many parents at last week’s Back to School Night!

LOOKING AHEAD - Our last student day at Silver Spring will be May 30, 2018 (this is for elementary schools only to begin the transition process for the opening of Winding Creek). The first student day for next year will be August 27 or September 4 due to construction of Winding Creek.

GREEN RIDGE - Wondering if you are moving to Green Ridge when the new elementary school opens? Click here for redistribution information and to enter your address to see if your elementary school will change. If you would like to follow construction updates on the new school click here.

CVSIS - Please update CVSIS  with your  phone numbers, emergency contacts, medical information, and publicity sign-offs.

FROM THE NURSE

Just a reminder that if your child is in kindergarten a physical and dental are required as per School Health Law. If your child is in 3rd grade a dental is needed. Please submit these to the nurse as soon as possible.

If your child is in 5th grade they will need a physical for 6th grade which can be done now. Have the doctor print out their form for you and give to the nurse.
