GH New Student Orientation - Next Tuesday

On Tuesday, August 15, Good Hope is excited to hold our annual NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION event. This is open to ALL 6th grade students/families, and to all students/families in 7th and 8th grade who are NEW to Good Hope.

ARRIVAL:  Please park in the side parking lot and enter through the doors by the gymnasium. We will have registration in the gym this year. Students should remember which team they are on. We will have lists posted as well.  

Due to the limited space, we discourage bringing siblings and additional family members. It will be a packed house for both sessions.  We have split the alphabet in half to accommodate the crowd into two sessions. Please try to attend the session which corresponds with your student's last name. If this presents a conflict with your schedule, please try to switch with someone from the other session, if possible. There is no need to RSVP for the event.... just show up!  

CVSIS PORTAL and SCHEDULES: For those who cannot attend the event, and for our returning 7th and 8th grade students, the CVSIS Portal will open the scheduling information on Thursday, August 17th.  All students will be able to view their homeroom and class assignments, teachers, and other information at this time. This will also be provided to students in hard-copy on the first day of school.
