We would like to thank the PTO and everyone that donated for the Staff Appreciate Luncheon! It was amazing and much appreciated.
Technology Survey for Families:
As we have done in previous years, Cumberland Valley School District is partnering with BrightBytes, an educational software company, to learn more about our students' school and home technology use for learning. For that reason, we are reaching out to ask you to take part in our parent/guardian survey. Your participation is essential in helping us form a more complete picture of technology use for learning in our students' lives. Please know that all of your responses will remain anonymous to protect your privacy. Click HERE to complete the survey.
IMPORTANT Field Day News:

Our annual field day is set for May 24th (rain date: May 30th)
We will be walking down to the High School Stadium for our event
ALL VOLUNTEERS/SPECTATORS MUST PARK IN THE FACULTY PARKING LOT, ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HIGH SCHOOL, NEAR THE SOCCER FIELDS.
A shuttle (bus) will take you to and from the stadium for our event
NO PARKING WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE STUDENT PARKING LOT BEHIND THE STADIUM
NO PARKING (AS POSTED) IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD NEXT TO THE STADIUM
(This area is not CV school grounds - tickets will be issued by Silver Spring Police)
The shuttle service will beginning at 8:15 am and end at12:45 pm

2. If your child needs sunscreen please apply it at home before sending your child to school that day. If a reapplication is necessary please include a parent note for your child to use it at school and the sunscreen. Your child should be able to apply it themselves.

May 22nd - SS Spring Concert @ 7 PM
May 26th - Early Dismissal @ 12 PM; NO AM Kindergarten
May 29th - NO SCHOOL
June 2nd - LAST DAY of SCHOOL Early Dismissal 12 PM; NO PM Kindergarten
