Welcome back to another SUPER week at Hampden!

This is our first E-News sent with the new system. If you are receiving this you have signed up correctly! Please spread the word among your friends to be sure to re-sign up!

PSSA
Our students have worked so hard on the Math and ELA PSSAs - we are so proud! Tomorrow and Wednesday 4th grade will be taking the Science PSSA test. Please have your students get a good night's sleep and a healthy breakfast.

FIELD DAY
The Hampden Heroes Field Day 2017 is coming next Wednesday, May 10. If you've signed up to volunteer you will be hearing from Mr. Flom later this week.

  • We welcome you to come and enjoy our Field Day! It is important to note that only Hampden students are permitted to participate in scheduled events and to receive field day snacks. Our schedule for the day is as follows:

    9:05 – 11:20 am – Kindergarten, Grades 1 & 2
    1:10 – 3:10 pm – Grades 3, 4, and 5

Please note: All visitors need to wear a visitor badge. If you plan on attending please click here to pre-register and we will do our best to have a visitor badge ready for you. Every adult attending needs to have a badge so please pre-register with each person attending. All pre-printed visitor badges will be placed on a table in front of the school. Please stop here to pick up your badge before going around to the back of the building for the events. If you do not have a badge pre-printed you will need to come into the office with your driver’s license to have one printed for you. We will try to have as many badges printed as possible – thank you for your patience as we work to get all of our visitors registered.

NEWS FROM THE NURSE
The District sent out an E-News blast last week about changes to the immunization regulations for next year. Mrs. Coburn will be sending home paperwork in backpacks early this week ONLY IF this change in immunization requirements affects your child.
